We make every effort to accurately display colors, patterns, and textures of our rugs. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and natural variations inherent in handcrafted goods. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Sale prices apply only to in-stock items during the promotional period. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and notify you accordingly.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected item(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement; this does not constitute final acceptance.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. Calrug does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to a cancellation or refund beyond our stated Refund/Cancellation policy.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you believe your item was damaged in transit.
